Jack clinches two Midwest Thunder titles in season finale
After a rainout on Saturday left Jack just short of the title in Senior Honda and Lt. World Formula (both second), Jack had a stellar Sunday, getting his 2nd (Sr. Animal) and 3rd (Mod World) Midwest Thunder Season Points Championships in his short career.
In Sr. Animal, Jack took the lead with 30 to go held off a last lap pass attempt by rival Tyler Lupton to take the checkered and clinch the title.
In Mod World, Jack only had to finish 7th or better to win the title, and he raced a smart race throughout to finish a solid third place and come home with the championship.
In the past two years, over 7 classes, Jack has three titles and four second place finishes in the points race. It has been quite a run! As always, we celebrated our accomplishment with a cold milk bath, because #winnersdrinkmilk.
